利用自制载体将T.f和T.t菌固定起来,并应用于高硫高铁低铜矿的浸出研究中,研究固定化浸矿系统的效果、特点.实验结果表明:在相同的浸提时间(18d)内,T.f和T.t菌混合固定后浸提系统,比非固定化浸系统要高出16.7%;而且固定混合菌群的浸矿效果要优于固定单一菌群的浸矿效果,T.f和T.t菌混合固定的比例为1∶2.%The T. F and T. T bacteria were immobilized by self-produced biocarrier and applied for mineral leaching with high sulphur and high iron. The investigation included the efficiencies and characteristic u-sing the immobilized system. The experimental results showed that the system with the T. F and T. T bacteria were immobilized was more 16. 7% than the non-immobilized system in 18d. Moreover, the leaching efficiencies with combined bacteria immobilized was superior to singular bacteria immobilized, the optimum ratio of T. F and T. T bacteira was 1 : 2.
