东盟国家矿产资源管理政策分析

摘要

This paper briefly overview the basic situation of the preponderant mineral resources of the ASEAN countries, and mainly analyzed management system of mining right, mining tax regime, mining land, and mining environment protection of the ASEAN countries.Put forward suggestions to promote the Mining Cooperation between China and ASEAN based on the analysis above.%本文简要概述了东盟国家优势矿产资源的基本情况,着重从东盟各国矿业权管理、矿业税费制度、矿业用地、矿山环境保护等方面进行了分析.在分析东盟矿业政策基础上,提出了促进我国与东盟矿业国家合作的政策建议.
