松散覆盖岩层自然分级现象的计算机模拟

摘要

The natural grade classification of loose-covered rock has a great effect on caving mining efficiency in the mines using sublevel caving without sill pillar. Thispaper adopts the computer simulation technology on the basis of discrete element method, studies movement process, movement direction and movement pattern of rock block of covering rock, builds mathematical model and develops simulation software RB_ DEM. Through simulation of RB_ DEM, the existence of natural classification phenomenon is confirmed. it provides a new way for reducing the loss and dilution of ore.%采用无底柱分段崩落法的矿山中,松散覆盖岩层的自然分级现象是造成损失贫化的因素之一.本文采用基于块体离散元法的计算机模拟技术,研究了覆盖岩层的移动过程、移动方向以及移动形式,建立了数学模型,开发了仿真软件RB_DEM.通过RB_DEM的模拟,证实了自然分级现象的存在,为降低矿石损失贫化提供了新途径.
