Aiming at the shortcomings of the dust management technology in the heading face of Guandi Mine, the author made a industrial experiment in 22608 airendway basing on the mechanism of foam dust, this system takes advantage of the existing high-pressure water and compressed air flow in underground as the driving force. And by adding a device to add a foaming agent, it generates high-performance foam by foaming machines, and the effect of dust suppression is very significant. Test results show that dust suppression efficiency of dust and respirable dust is 82. 13% and 84. 82% when use the foam dust suppression , which is respectively 2. 18 times and 2. 2 times than that of water spary. Application on foam dust suppression promotes the operation environment, reducing the dust concentration, increasing the working performance, this technique has a wide and strong applicability in mine.%针对官地矿掘进面现有矿尘治理技术的不足,在分析泡沫降尘机理的基础上,在该矿22608副巷掘进工作面进行了泡沫降尘的工业性试验,试验利用井下已有的压水和压缩风流为动力,通过添加器添加发泡剂,经与发泡器产生高性能泡沫,并由喷头喷射至产尘点,捕捉粉尘.测试结果表明:在掘进机司机处,泡沫对全尘的降尘效率达到82.13%,为水雾降尘的2.18倍,对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率达到84.82%,为水雾的2.2倍,有效治理了22608副巷掘进面粉尘灾害,改善了作业面环境,提高了作业效率,现场试验表明该项技术具有很强的现场适用性.
