煤炭综合价格指数体系的构建

In the paper, the author presents the concept of the coal price index, declaring that it is a a ratio, not price value. Then it analyzes the significance of constructing the coal price index, and constructs two kinds of coal price index system framework-oal price index trading system framework and Coal price index studying system framework. At last, the author points the the basic principles that we must follow when constructing the coal price index. That are swap time principle, swap factor principle, loop detection principle and representation principle.%本文给出煤炭综合价格指数的概念,指出它是一个比值,不是价格.在此基础上分析了煤炭综合价格指数构建的意义,并构建出了两种煤炭综合价格指数体系框架——煤炭交易综合价格指数体系框架和煤炭研究综合价格指数体系框架,供需要者作参考.文章最后指出煤炭综合价格指数构建应该遵循的基本原则,即时间互换原则、因子互换原则、循环检测原则和代表性原则.
