基于数值模拟的高峰矿深部采场结构参数优化研究

         

摘要

高峰矿深部倾斜中厚矿段拟采用上向水平分层充填无间柱连续回采,为确定合理的采场结构参数,有效控制深部地压灾害的发生,本文采用正交数值试验,选取矿块长度、分层高度、人工矿柱宽度和超前回采分层数4个因素3个水平的正交试验方法进行相关数值计算,研究各参数对采场顶板稳定的影响。试验结果表明,分层高度是影响采场顶板压力集中和塑性破坏最重要的参数,其他参数也是影响采场稳定的重要参数,也应作为回采设计重要依据之一。%Upward horizontal slicing and filling non-pillar continuous mining will be going to used in medium thick steeply inclined orebody of Gaofeng mine in order optimum stope structural parameters , preventing ground pressure hazard and ensuring deep mining safety .In this paper the four parameters including ore block length ,slice height ,artificial pillar width and pre-slicing layer number are studied by orthogonal methods and then analyzed through numerical simulation .In addition ,extreme difference analysis was used to investigate the stop roof mechanics state of different parameters .The research shows that slice height is the most important influence factor of stope roof pressure concentration and plastic failure .The other parameters are also very important and should also be thought in the stope design .
