某云母矿工艺矿物学研究

     

摘要

Through multi-element analysis, XRD, SEM and microscopic analysis and other measurements,the detailed process mineralogical studies on the mica mine were carried out to identify the chemical composition, mineral composition, micro morphology, grain composition and dissemination characteristics of the ore. The results showed that mica is mainly dominated by muscovite and biotite,and small amounts of sericite exist in it;gangue minerals are mainly to quartz,garnet,hematite and iepidocrocite. The dissemination relations of mica minerals are complicated and the growth is interbedded,gangue minerals are homogeneously embedded by fine grain and symbiosis with mica,belong to the ore of easy cleavage and difficult separation. The results can provide the basic references for the rational exploitation of the mica mine.%运用多元素分析、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜和镜下鉴定等手段,对某云母矿进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究.查明了该云母矿石的化学组成、矿物组成、微观形貌、粒度组成及嵌布特征.结果表明:云母主要以白云母和黑云母为主,少量以绢云母存在;脉石矿物主要为石英、石榴子石、赤铁矿和纤铁矿.云母矿物互层生长且嵌布关系复杂,脉石矿物呈中细粒均匀嵌布,且与云母存在共生现象,属于易解理难选型矿石.该研究结果可作为此云母矿合理开发利用的参考依据.
