美国“能源独立”战略对中国能源安全的启示

Shale gas revolution made the reliance on foreign oil of USA show a downward trend in presently,and now it has fallen below 50%. However,China's energy overseas demands are increasing year by year, and sources of energy are concentration on single area, but those area' politics and safety environment is not good, so China' energy security is more and more outstanding. The success of energy independent strategy depends on the USA government energy strategy for prospective, as well as the legislation and policy support, what is more, the USA social maturity and efficient management system is conducive to the energy field of innovation. These aspects may be the good suggestions for China to improve energy self-sufficient rate and strengthen energy security.%“页岩气”革命使得近几年美国石油对外依存度呈现下降趋势,目前已跌破50％.而中国能源海外需求却逐年增长,且海外能源来源地集中,地区政治、安全环境较差,能源安全越来越突出.美国能源独立战略的成功取决于美国政府制定能源战略的前瞻性,以及立法及相关政策对于能源战略贯彻的长期支持,特别是美国社会成熟、高效的管理体制,该体制利于能源领域的创新.中国能源安全越来越突出的大趋势,要求中国提高能源供应的自给率,美国能源独立战略取得成功的上述主要经验对中国具有有益的启示.
