This article analyzes the current situation and problems of human resources of China geological survey ,puts forward some measures on the base of human resource incentive theory,such as strengthen work incentives,allocate incentive,evaluate incentive,training incentive.%本文在分析了中央公益性地质调查人才现状及问题，利用人力资源激励理论，提出加强工作激励、分配激励、评估激励、培训激励等具体措施。
