基于 CMS 的采场回采质量评价方法及应用研究

     

摘要

针对传统采场回采质量评价中相关数据难于获取,回采质量指标只能靠经验来推测的现状,提出了基于CMS的采场回采质量评价方法。该方法运用CMS三维激光探测系统准确获取采场回采过程中的三维空间数据,基于三维空间数据处理技术,应用geomagic软件构建采场回采过程中的3D数据库,并通过引入矿体采空区复合三维模型,精确地得到了采场的超、欠挖量,进而获得采场回采过程中的贫化和损失等参数。将该方法应用到金厂沟梁金矿7181采场,得到其爆破后采场矿石的损失率为22.5%,贫化率为7.11%,为该采场的爆破参数优化提供了相应的数据支撑。%For the status that relevant data is difficult to obtain and the quality indicators on stoping relys on experience in traditional stope mining quality evaluation .An evaluation Method about the quality of stope mining is proposed based on CMS .This (method) obtain 3D spatial data about stoping process accurately by using 3D laser detectiong system(CMS) ,and it based on data processing of Three-dimensional space ,build a 3D database about stoping process by using the software of geomagic ,and get the value(data) of overbreak and underbreak by introducing the complex three-dimensional model of the ore and the gob , then get the parameter of dilution and losses during stoping process .The method was applied to the 7181 Gold stope of Jinchanggouliang ,get the rate of ore loss is 22 .5% ,the dilution rate 7 .11% ,this provided appropriate data support for blasting parameter optimization of this stope .
