摘要

This article focuses on comparing and analyzing the scientific strategy and work plan published by the British Geological Survey in the past ten years, furthermore following-up the development of British Geological Survey in these years.Then we summarize its development feature as "three aspects of transformation and one that remain unchanged".The one that remain unchanged is its basic task and fundamental purpose.And there are three aspects of transformation.The British Geological Survey has adjusted the priority and subject of its work.Its operation mode has been changed over time, in particular to pursue a greater extend of independence and flexibility.And it also revised its working procedure to play a greater role with the big data and the innovative technology in the future.At last,we sum up the development experiences of British Geological Survey.%本文对英国地质调查局近十年来发布的科学战略、工作规划等进行了对比和分析研究,并结合近十年来英国地质调查局的发展趋势和跟踪分析,对其最新的科学战略"三变一不变"的变化特征进行了总结和分析.认为英国地质调查局的基本任务和根本宗旨没有变化,但其工作重点和工作对象在调整;其运作方式在变化,特别是追求更大程度的独立性和灵活性;其工作方式也在变革,大数据及创新性技术将发挥更重要作用.最后对其发展经验进行了总结.
