地质资料网络服务产品及服务价值研究

摘要

近年来,在互联网的高速发展下,我国地质部门研发了大量网络服务产品及服务工具,提升了服务水平,但同时存在对网络服务产品的属性、特点等方面研究较少,对产品的研制及管理也缺乏计划性的问题.本文通过跟踪国内外网络产品服务现状,界定出地质资料网络服务产品的定义、属性及特点,归纳出我国地质资料网络服务产品的分类,并论述了地质资料网络服务产品的服务价值,提出我国推进地质资料网络服务产品建设的建议.作者认为应转变服务观念,加强产品需求调研,创新服务产品内容,强化标准化数据服务接口研究,以此来发挥地质资料的巨大价值及其在经济社会发展中的先行性和基础性作用.%In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet,a large number of geological data network products and services have been developed by the geological departments in our country.The products and services have improved the level of geological data service.But at the same time,there are few researches on the attributes and characteristics of the network service products,and the department in charge of geological data also lack of planning and management of the products.In this paper,the definition,attributes and characteristics of geological data network service products are defined through the present home and abroad development situation.The authors summarize the classification and discusses the values of geological data network products.Finally,in order to play an important role of geological data,the authors hold that the geological departments should change the concept of service,strengthen product research,enrich service content and strengthen the research on the standard data service interface.
