某铜金矿石碎磨工艺设计方案比较

摘要

针对某铜金矿石的性质，对该厂碎磨流程的常规碎磨工艺和半自磨工艺进行了比较。对比结果发现，两种工艺的Morrell粉碎比能耗估算和经营费用现值都非常接近，基于半自磨工艺的低经营成本，结合选厂的生产实践，最终推荐采用半自磨工艺。%According to the characteristic of the copper gold ore ,the detailed comparison crushing and grinding process design schemes is carried out for the ore concentrator ,which includes the semi‐autogenous grinding process and the conventional grinding process . Comparison results show kinds of scheme of Morrell crushing specific energy consumption and the expense present values are approximate in the two schemes ;however ,based on the various advantages of semi‐autogenous grinding process and combining with production practice of the existing gold ore processing plant ,the semi‐autogenous grinding process is finally adopted in this ore processing plant .
