单巷长距离快速掘进通风除尘技术研究

         

摘要

神华神东公司大柳塔矿单巷长距离全断面快速掘进系统因机械化程度高,掘进速度快,存在风量不合理、粉尘大等安全隐患,经过现场调研、理论分析和数值模拟,提出了适合大柳塔矿的“长压短抽”通风方式,采用了基于风筒自动伸缩的吊挂延伸技术,选定了压入风机型号为 FBDY№8/2×75kW,湿式除尘风机型号为KCS-700D。试验表明,该方式成功解决了工作面微风,粉尘大等问题,使工作面风速风量满足规程规定,工作面粉尘浓度平均降低50%以上,保证了掘进工作安全高效。%There are unreasonable amount of air,dusts and other security risks in Shenhua Shen Dong corporation’s Daliuta mine,where fast driving system of full section is single lane and long distance.“FPNA”(far pressing near absorption ventilation)suitable for Daliuta mine,is proposed in this paper after field investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Hanging extension technology based on automatic telescopic duct is adopted in this paper.The press in fan model is FBDY№8/2×75kW,and wet type dust fan model is KCS-700D.Test results show that the methods proposed can successfully solve the problems of working face wind and large amount dust.As a result,the working surface wind speed and wind flow can meet the regulations,at the same time,the average dust concentration of the working surface will be reduced by more than 50%,which ensures the safety and high efficiency of tunneling work.
