沉降-流态化复合分级机对钼尾矿分级研究

         

摘要

Spiral classifier,hydrocyclone and fine screen are commonly used classification equipments in the mineral processing.But they have some defects,such as difficult to handle and repair,high operating costs,etc.The compound sedimentation-fluidized hydraulic classifier is a newly developed classification equipment,which combines the basic structures and principles of sedimentation classifier and fluidized bed classifier.A molybdenum tailings sample from one concentrator was chose as raw material.Particle size composition,metal elements and hydraulic analysis of this sample were tested.The effects of rising water quantity,feeding velocity and slurry concentration on the classification efficiency were studied.The results show that the optimum rising water quantity had little change with feeding velocity and slurry concentration.It’s a stable value at about 120mL/s.The classifier achieves an optimum synthesis classification efficiency of 61.52% at a lower feed concentration of 30% and a medium feed rate of 200 mL/s.%选矿生产中常用的螺旋分级机、水力旋流器和细筛等分级设备存在不易操作、难维修、运行成本高等缺陷。新开发的沉降-流态化复合分级机结合了沉降分级和流化床分级设备的基本结构和分级原理。以某选矿厂钼尾矿为原料,对其进行了粒度、组成和水力沉降分析,考察上升顶水量、给料速度和矿浆浓度对分级的影响。结果表明,最佳上升顶水量几乎不随矿浆给料速度和浓度而变化,取值稳定在120mL/s左右。分级机在矿浆浓度为30%的较低浓度和给料速度为200mL/s 的中等给料速度运行时可取得61.52%的最佳综合分级效率。
