内蒙古某矿山采空区充填隔离挡墙设计

         

摘要

通过对矿山空区处理方法的分析,针对矿山充填挡墙高度、宽度均比较大的特点,对充填挡墙进行了受力分析,提出了采用柔性密闭挡墙的形式.与其他形式挡墙相比,在进行高度、宽度均较大的空区充填时,采用三层结构形式挡墙,能够在保持挡墙强度的条件下,降低充填成本、加强透水性.柔性挡墙制作周期短,缩短了充填循环时间,为安全回采点柱提供安全保障,也为类似矿山充填过程中充填挡墙设计提供了依据.%By analyzing the treatment scheme of goaf ,and according to the large width and height of the partition wall required in mine ,the force of filling retaining wall was analysed and calculated ,and a new flexible wall was proposed .Comparing with other filling blocking wall ,the new wall could reduce the filling cost and determine the retaining wall's permeability but strength requirement still satisfied .The production cycle of the flexible wall is short ,reducing cycle time of mining and backfilling and providing a reliable guarantee for safe mining of the point pillar .It is concluded that those technical measures and practice can be taken as reference for other mines of similar conditions .
