The reciprocating movement of slider is very fast when the high speed precision press is working. The corresponding inertial force produces a huge lateral pressure to the guide rail. Therefore, a good and reliable positioning has been needed which can ensure the slider movement keep stable and coherent in high speed. A slider positioning mechanism for high speed precision press has been designed and manufactured, which has practical function and good stability with easy adjustment.%高速精密压力机工作时,滑块往复运动速度极快,产生的惯性力对导轨产生巨大的侧向压力,因此,要保证滑块在高速运动下保持稳定和连贯,必须要有良好可靠的定位.为此,设计制造了一种适合于高速精密压力机的滑块定位机构,机构实用,稳定性好,且调整操作方便.
