板料折弯时,由于模具已经作了加凸补偿,折弯卸载时,回弹产生新的纵向挠曲,二者的效应叠加后得到制件最终的挠曲度.文章分析了两类补偿装置对制件精度的影响后,比较了常用变形补偿装置的各自特点,指出上模加凸补偿更具优势,因此,研制新型能快速调控上模加凸量的补偿结构,是今后折弯机的发展方向之一.%The influence of two kind of compensation device to the workpiece accuracy has been analyzed in the text. The separated characteristics of the common compensation devices have been compared. It is pointed out that the upper molds convex compensation has more advantages. Therefore, the research of new compensation structure which can quickly modify the convex is one trend of the press brake in the future.
