超大型数控船用卷板机自动控制系统研究

             

摘要

针对超大型船用卷板机自动控制系统在集成化、智能化和可视化方面的要求,设计了某超大船用卷板机卷制过程的自动控制系统,完成了软硬件系统的开发;设计了全LED仿真监控系统,实现了卷板机操作的简单、快捷、可靠;通过卷板加工工艺试验,建立相应卷制工艺数据库,实现了工件加工参数的智能选择,从而实现工艺优化并缩短加工产品的时间,大幅提高了加工精度.%Aiming at the requirement of integration,intellectualization and visualization for automatic control system of CNC extra-large plate roll bending machine for ship,the automatic control system for rolling process of some extra-large ship has been designed,and the hardware and software systems have been developed.With the help of the LED simulation monitoring system,the simple,fast and reliable operation of the roll bending machine has been achieved.Through the roll bending process test,the corresponding database of roll bending process has been established.The intelligent selection of the processing parameters for workpiece has been realized.Thus in this way,the roll bending process has been optimized and the product processing time has been shortened,which greatly improves the processing accuracy.
