颅内血肿微创清除术结合尿激酶腔内注入治疗高血压脑出血28例疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of minimalinvasive evacuation combined with intracavity urokinase injection in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods Sixty-two cases of HICH were analyzed retrosepectively.Twenty-eisht cases in treatment group were treated by the minimal invasive therapy with intracavity urokinase injection based on the internal medicine treatment.Thirty-four cases in control group were treated with the internal medicine treatment only.The decrease of the neurologic functional deficiency scores and the effect in two group were compared.Results The decrease of the patients neurologic functional deficiency in treatment group Was significantly superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).The effect of sursical treatment was significantly superior to those in the control group(X2=5.39.P＜0.05).Conclusion The study suggests that the minimal invasite therapy with intracavity urokinase i.jection for the intracerebral hematoma is all effective therapy in the patients with basal nuclei HICH(volume of 0 to 100 ml).%目的 探讨颅内血肿微创清除术结合尿激酶腔内注入治疗高血压病脑出血的疗效.方法 高血压病脑出血惠者62例采用完全随机方法 分为2组;治疗组28例在内科治疗基础上进行颅内血肿微创清除术,结合尿激酶腔内注入治疗;对照组34例给予内科常规治疗.比较2组神经功能缺损评分下降程度和疗效.结果 治疗组神经功能缺损评分下降显著优于对照组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(X2=5.39,P＜0.05).结论 颅内血肿微创清除术结合尿激酶腔内注入是治疗高血压病脑出血的一种有效的治疗方法 .
