儿童眼球穿孔伤95例临床分析

摘要

目的 探讨儿童眼球穿孔伤的特点,正确的指导治疗和预防.方法 回顾性分析1999年4月至2005年4月眼球穿孔伤患儿95例的流行病学特点,以及治疗的经验.结果 95例患儿均经手术治疗,其中6例行眼球摘除术,3例行眼眶内容物摘除术.出院时视力<0.05者26例,0.05～0.10者21例,0.12～0.30者23例;0.40～1.00者12例;13例不能配合检查.结论 儿童眼球穿孔伤是儿童致盲的主要原因之一.提高对本病的认识,才能更好地做好预防工作.早期、及时、合理的治疗可使致盲率最大可能地降低.%Objective To Discuss the characteristic of eyeball perforation wound in children, with a view to its correct teratment and prevention. Methods Retrospective clinical cnalysis was done in 95 cases of eyeball perfo-ration wound in children. Results It take the 51.80% of the chilchen ocular trauma in the same period , the inci-dence of rural area is high (87.37%). The ratio of male to female is 1.6:1;Ocurred mainly in vacation (62.10%) ; Most perforation wound position wound position were at cornea(72.63%) ; After treatment, the blind rate draped to 27.3% . Conclusion The eyeball perforation wound is one of the major cause in children's blindness, early and correct treatment is important.
