Objective To evaluate the sexual function change after ovarian transposition and neovaginal reconstruction in radical surgery of cervical cancer in young female patients. Methods Forty-two patients of cervical cancer in early-stage were divided into 2 groups. Research group (n = 20) underwent ovarian transposition and lengthened vaginal. Control group (n = 22) were performed in radical hysterectomy only. Before and 3 and 6 months after operation, the changes of sexual function were investigated. Results The vagina length in research group was more longer than that in control group (P = 0.000). Research group had better sexual life than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The ovarian transposition and vaginal lengthened during radical hysterectomy helps improve sexual function in young female patients with early-stage cervical cancer.%目的 评价卵巢移位及阴道延长术对宫颈癌患者术后性功能的影响.方法 选择年龄≤4l岁的早期宫颈癌患者42例,研究组(20例)行Ⅲ型宫颈癌根治术+一侧(或双侧)卵巢移位术+腹膜代阴道延长术.对照组(22例)行Ⅲ型宫颈癌根治术.术前及术后3、6个月进行问卷调查,对比分析阴道长度及性功能的变化.结果 术后3、6个月,研究组患者阴道长度均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P=0.000).随访至术后6个月,研究组患者性功能与术前相比无明显改变,对照组患者性功能障碍持续存在,与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者性生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 卵巢移位和阴道延长术可明显改善宫颈癌患者术后性生活质量,使其保持正常的生活及心理状态.
