Objectives To observe the efficacy of Fufangqinlan oral solution in treatment of Exogenous heat. Methods Two hundred and forty patients with exogenous heat were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (120 cases) were given Qinlan, 10～20 ml/times, 3 times/day; control group (120 cases) were rate in treatment group was 96.6% and total effective rate in the control group was 86.6% (P<0.05). Symptoms were improved in treatment group more than those in control group. Conclusions Fufangqialan oral solution is an effective, safe and valid treatment for exogenous fever.%目的 探讨复方芩兰口服液治疗外感发热的临床疗效.方法 将240例外感发热患者完全随机分为2组,治疗组120例,对照组120例.治疗组用复方芩兰口服液,10～20 ml/次,3次/d,对照组使用利巴韦林10 mg/(kg·d),分2次肌内注射,疗程为3～7 d.结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.6%,对照组的总有效率为86.6%,治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),其咽痛、流涕、鼻塞症状的改善亦优于对照组.结论 复方芩兰口服液治疗外感发热疗效较好,应用安全.
