目的 探讨快速微创胸腔闭式引流术治疗创伤性血气胸的方法.方法 回顾分析经腹腔镜套管针快速行胸腔闭式引流术21例创伤性血气胸患者的临床资料.结果 全组患者均在5 min内完成胸腔闭式引流术,症状缓解明显,2例因进行性血胸行开胸止血,1例合并严重颅脑外伤死亡,其他痊愈.结论 应用腹腔镜套管针治疗创伤性血气胸,可快速完成胸腔闭式引流术,缓解患者症状,提高救治成功率,是一种操作简单,快速微创,安全有效的新方法,值得临床推广.%Objective To explore the therapy of fast minimally invasive surgery with closed thoracic drainage in the treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax. Methods The clinical results of 21 cases with traumatic hemopneumothorax using laparoscopic trocar for closed thoracic drainage were analyzed. Results All cases with closed thoracic drainage had be finished in 5 minutes and the symptoms were significantly improved. Two cases carried out thoracotomy because of progressive hemothor ax. One patient died of serious craniocerebral traum. Conclusions Application of laparoscopic trocar in the emergency treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax can be finished rapidly through fast minimally invasive surgery with closed thoracic drainage, which can improve the symptoms and increase successful treatment rate. The method is a simple, fast, minimally invasive and safe surgery.
