Objective To investigate the drug resistance and the clinical distribution of group B streptococcus(GGBS). Methods One hundred and forty-five clinical cases of GBS identified with VITEK-32 were collected from January 2006 to December 2009. Drug resistance was detected by K-B method and variance of drug resistance were analyzed by WHONET 5.4. Results Fifty strains of GBS were isolated from the submission of hospitalized patients, and 20 strains (40.0%) were isolated from the maternity ward, 37 strains(74.0% ) were isolated from urogenital specimens, Ninety-five strains of GBS were isolated from the submission of outpatients, 38 strains (38.8%)were isolated from the obstetrics and gynecology clinic and 80 strains(84.2% ) were isolated from urogenital specimens. One hundred and five strains(72.4%) of GBS were mainly from specimens of urine and genital secretion and affected patients during the age of twenty-one to forty. Drug resistance rate of GBS to erythromycin, clindamycin,and levofloxacin was gradually increased during recent four years. Isolation of GBS was still sensitive to penicillin,ceftriaxone and vancomycin. Drug resistance rate of GBS to macrolide, lincosamide and stretogramin B (MLSB) was gradually increased. Conclusions Group B streptococcus infection is common in pregnant women. It is very important to do the screen test for GBS and to survey the drug resistance.%目的 分析我院B群链球菌耐药性变化和临床分布特点.方法 收集我院2006年1月至2009年12月门诊和住院患者分离的145株B群链球菌的相关资料,包括患者的临床资料和细菌的药物敏感性资料,进行回顾性分析.结果 50株从住院患者送检标本中分离,其中20株(40.0%)来自妇产科病房,37株(74.0%)来自泌尿生殖道标本;95株从门诊患者送检标本中分离,其中38株(38.8%)来自妇产科门诊,80株(84.2%)来自泌尿生殖道标本.B群链球菌感染以21～40岁年龄段为主,共105株(72.4%).4年间B群链球菌对红霉素、克林霉素、左氧氟沙星的耐药率呈逐步升高趋势,但对青霉素、头孢曲松仍有较好的敏感性,未发现耐万古霉素的B群链球菌.B群链球菌对大环内酯-林可霉素-链阳霉素B(MLSB)的耐药率亦呈逐步升高趋势:2006年为8.0%,2007年为7.5%,2008年为12.5%,2009年为16.5%.结论 B群链球菌是女性生殖道的常见检出菌,加强B群链球菌及其耐药率的检测尤为重要.
