钙结合蛋白S1OOA1在正常卵巢与卵巢癌组织中的表达研究

摘要

目的 比较正常卵巢与卵巢癌组织中钙结合蛋白S100A1表达的差异,探讨其在卵巢癌组织中的临床意义.方法 收集南通大学附属医院2013年7月至2014年7月的卵巢癌石蜡包埋手术标本51例,其中卵巢浆液性囊腺癌31例、非浆液性卵巢癌20例;另选取正常卵巢组织石蜡包埋标本20例作为对照.采用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常卵巢与卵巢癌组织中S100A1表达,并分析其与卵巢癌的临床病理特征之间的关系.结果 卵巢癌组织和正常组织中S100A1表达的累积吸光度(IA)值分别为(5.88±0.66)和(1.87±0.54),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中S100A1表达IA值为(5.98 ±0.35),非浆液性卵巢癌组织中S100A1表达IA值为(5.35 ±0.45),差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).卵巢浆液性囊腺癌中S100A1的表达与手术病理分期及淋巴结转移无相关性(均P＞0.05);但随病理分级增加,S100A1表达明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).非浆液性卵巢癌中S100A1表达与手术病理分期、病理分级以及淋巴结转移均无相关性(均P ＞0.05).结论 钙结合蛋白S100A1在卵巢癌组织中高表达,与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌的病理分级密切相关,S100A1表达越高,恶性程度就越高.%Objective To analyze the expression of calbindin S100A1 in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer tissue.Methods A total of 51 paraffin-embedded surgical specimens of ovarian cancer were collected from July 2013 to July 2014 in the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University,including 31 cases of serous cystadenocarcinoma and 20 cases of non-serous cystadenocarcinoma;20 paraffin-embedded specimens of normal ovarian tissue were collected as control.Streptavidin-perosidase method was used to detect the expression of S100A1 in normal ovarian tissue and ovarian cancer tissue;the relation between S100A1 expression and ovarian cancer clinical pathological features was analyzed.Results The integral optical density(IA) value of S100A1 expression was (5.88 ± 0.66) in ovarian cancer tissue and (1.87 ± 0.54) in normal ovarian tissue,the difference was significant (P ＜0.01);the IA value of S100A1 expression was (5.98 ±0.35) in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and (5.35 ±0.45) in ovarian non-serous cystadenocarcinoma,the difference was significant (P ＜0.05).S100A1 expression increased with the pathological grade of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (P ＜0.05),but it was not associated with surgical-pathological stage and lymphatic metastasis (P ＞ 0.05).S100A1 expression in ovarian non-serous cystadenocarcinoma was not associated with surgical-pathological stage,lymphatic metastasis and pathological grade.Conclusion Calbindin S100A1 is highly expressed in ovarian cancer tissue;the expression of S100A1 is closely associated with pathological grade of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma.
