医院内抗菌药物临床应用干预效果分析

摘要

目的 了解医院内抗菌药物临床应用与专项干预效果,促进抗菌药物临床应用能力和监督水平的持续改进.方法 选取2015年1-12月华北理工大学附属医院门诊与住院患者为研究对象,对其抗菌药物使用率、Β类切口抗菌药物使用率及切口感染率等指标进行调查.结果 2015年,门诊抗菌药物使用率由1月份的26.12％(70/268)下降到12月份的14.07％(124/881),住院患者抗菌药物使用率由1月份的57.79％(189/327)下降到12月份的48.36％(118/244);同期住院患者Β类切口抗菌药物使用率由55.71％(78/140)下降到27.45％ (42/153)、切口感染率由1.43％ (2/140)下降到0.65％(1/153).结论 抗菌药物临床应用与专项干预是规范临床抗菌药物应用的有效措施,是抗菌药物临床应用监督工作从阶段性活动逐步转入制度化、规范化管理轨道的保障.%Objective To observe the antibacterial drug clinical application in hospital.Methods Outpatients and inpatients from January to December 2015 in North China University of Science and Technology AffiliatedHospital were enrolled;rates of antibacterial drug use,antimicrobial drug use in type Β incision and incisioninfection were analyzed.Results From January to December in 2015,outpatient antimicrobial drug use rate reduced from 26.12％ (70/268) to 14.07％ (124/881);inpatient antimicrobial drug use rate reduced from 57.79％ (189/327) to 48.36％ (118/244);antimicrobial drug use rate in type Β incision reduced from 55.71％ (78/140) to 27.45％ (42/153);incision infection rate reduced from 1.43％ (2/140)to 0.65％ (1/153).Conclusion Clinical application and intervention of antimicrobial drugs is an effective method of rational antimicrobial drug use.
