依托芬那酯联合特定电磁波治疗仪治疗哺乳期妇女桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果观察

摘要

目的 观察依托芬那酯联合特定电磁波治疗仪治疗哺乳期妇女桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效.方法 选择2012年1月至2013年12月于厦门市中医院骨三科门诊就诊的患有桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的哺乳期妇女60例为观察对象,完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组单用特定电磁波治疗仪照射患处,每次30 rmin,1次/d;观察组在对照组基础上于患处外用依托芬那酯凝胶1 9,3次/d,2组均治疗7d.比较2组患者治疗前和治疗3、7d后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及治疗7d后有效率.结果 2组共56例患者完成7d研究(对照组28例,观察组28例).治疗前和治疗3d后2组VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P >0.05),治疗7d后观察组与对照组VAS评分均明显低于治疗前[(3.3±0.8)分比(6.3±1.9)分、(4.3±1.2)分比(6.1±2.1)分],且观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05).观察组治疗7d后有效率明显高于对照组[92.9%(26/28)比78.6%(22/28)],差异有统计学意义(x2=6.351,P=0.042).结论 依托芬那酯联合特定电磁波治疗仪治疗哺乳期妇女桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效确切,优于单纯使用特定电磁波治疗仪治疗.%Objective To observe the effect of etofenamate combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus in treating stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid in lactating women.Methods A total of 60 lactating women suffered from stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) treated with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus (30 min/d),and observation group (30 cases) treated with etofenamate (3 g/d) combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus (30 min/d);the treatment was lasted for 7 days.The visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment were compared between groups;the effective rate was observed.Results A total of 28 cases in control group and 28 cases in observation group completed the treatment.The VAS scores before and 3 d after treatment had no significant differences between groups (P > 0.05).The VAS scores were significantly reduced 7 d after treatment in both control group [(4.3 ± 1.2) scores vs (6.1 ±2.1) scores] and observation group [(3.3 ± 0.8) scores vs (6.3 ± 1.9) scores],and was significantly lower in observation group than that in control group (P < 0.05).The effective rate in observation group 7 d after treatment were significantly higher than that in control group [92.9% (26/28) vs 78.6% (22/28)] (x2 =6.351,P =0.042).Conclusion Etofenamate combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus provides better effect in treating stenosing tendovaginitis radial styloid in lactating women compared with single special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus.
