髓样细胞触发受体1在感染性肺部疾病中的研究进展

摘要

髓样细胞触发受体1(TREM-1)是主要表达于中性粒细胞和单核细胞表面的膜受体,属于免疫球蛋白超家族中的一员,与未知配体结合有放大炎性反应的作用.近来研究发现TREM-1/可溶性TREM-1作为生物标志物与感染性肺部疾病有密切的关系,并且可能是肺部感染的一种保护性因素.本文就TREM-1的结构、表达及其与感染性肺部疾病的关系进行综述.%Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) is a membrane receptor that expresses on neutrophils and monocytes,it belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily.TREM-1 can enhance inflammation response with unknowned ligand.TREM-1/soluble TREM-1 may be associated with infectious pulmonary diseases and it may be a protective factor of pulmonary infection.This article summarized the structure,expression features of TREM-1 and the relation between TREM-1 and respiratory tract infection.
