帕金森病合并抑郁焦虑症状的临床研究进展

摘要

随着老龄人口数量的增长,帕金森病发病率逐渐上升.目前人们更重视身体疾病而忽略心理疾患,相较于帕金森病的运动症状,抑郁焦虑等非运动症状经常被忽略、漏诊甚至误诊,因此,患者的生活质量不断下降而病死率不断增加.本文从帕金森病抑郁焦虑障碍的流行概况、临床特点、发病机制、诊断、治疗等方面对帕金森病合并焦虑抑郁症状的临床研究进展进行综述.%The incidence of Parkinson disease increases with age.Due to the fact that physical condition is more significant than psychological health,symptoms of depression and anxiety in Parkinson disease are easy to be neglected or misdiagnosed.As a result,patients often end up with poor life quality and high mortality.This article reviewed the current epidemiological status,clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapy of Parkinson disease with depression and anxiety.
