血脂异常基层诊疗建议

摘要

血脂异常是心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素.我国血脂异常患病率极高,故普及血脂异常防控势在必行.随着我国分级诊疗制度的建立和推广,基层社区是防治血脂异常的主战场.本文以临床诊治的视角,在解读《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)》的基础上,总结了血脂异常患者的管理流程,包括筛查、诊断、治疗等,有助于帮助基层临床医师快速并规范诊治,提高临床血脂达标率.%Dyslipidemia is an independent risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The prevalence of dyslipidemia in China is extremely high.With the establishment and promotion of the grading medical treatment system,community hospitals are playing an important role in prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.Based on the Chinese guidelines on prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia in adults (2016 revision),this paper summarized management measures including screening,diagnosis and treatment for patients with dyslipidemia.
