黄褐斑的治疗进展

摘要

Chloasma is a common acquired pigmentary dermatosis with complicated etiology and pathogenesis.Chinese traditional treatments for chloasma are based on the syndrome differentiation theory;differentiation syndromes of chloasma include qi stagnation and blood stasis,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Without single effective therapeutic method,combined treatments for chloasma are widely used;external drugs combined with oral antioxidants,tranexamic acid and Chinese herbs are safe and effective;chemical peeling,laser and intense pulsed light therapy can be used in treating moderate-to-severe chloasma.%黄褐斑是一种常见的获得性色素增多性皮肤病,病因较复杂,其治疗仍然是皮肤科的难题之一.目前关于黄褐斑的治疗方案较多,但是尚没有单一特效的治疗方法.中医治疗黄褐斑主要以辨证理论治疗为基础,辨证分型为气滞血瘀证、肝郁脾虚证和肝肾阴虚证.综合治疗是治疗黄褐斑的趋势,以外用药物治疗为基础,联合内用抗氧化剂、氨甲环酸、中药等,中重度黄褐斑可选择化学剥脱或激光、强脉冲光等联合治疗.
