目的 分析优质护理干预在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用效果.方法 将2016年7月～2017年6月我院接收的116例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿纳入本研究, 根据随机对照原则分为两组.对照组58例, 接受常规护理干预;研究组58例, 在常规护理干预基础上实施优质护理干预.观察两组护理前后胆红素水平、黄疸指数变化, 并对比两组临床相关指标、家属健康知识掌握程度及护理满意度.结果 与对照组相比, 研究组护理后胆红素水平、黄疸指数较低, 黄疸消失时间、住院时间较短, 住院费用较少, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) ;与对照组相比, 研究组患儿家属健康知识掌握评分及护理满意度较高, 差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05) .结论 给予新生儿高胆红素血症优质护理干预有利于减轻病情, 降低胆红素水平, 加快康复进程, 缩短住院时间, 提高家属健康知识掌握程度, 减少医疗纠纷.%Objective To analyze the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 116 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to randomized controlled method, with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention while the research group was given high quality nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing intervention.The changes of bilirubin levels and jaundice indexes in two groups before and after nursing were observed.The clinical indexes, mastery of health knowledge of family members and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the bilirubin level and jaundice index in research group were lower after nursing, the disappearance time of jaundice and hospital stay in research group were shorter and the hospitalization expense in research group was less.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the score of mastery of health knowledge of family members and nursing satisfaction in research group were higher, and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can relieve the condition of illness, decrease the level of bilirubin, accelerate the process of recovery, shorten hospital stays, increase mastery of health knowledge of family members and reduce medical disputes.
