PICC在妇科肿瘤患者化疗中的临床应用及护理

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of PICC catheter in chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumors. Methods 96 cases chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumors from 2010 February to 2012 March were treated by PICC catheter and nursed in author hospital, ensured the completion of chemotherapy. Results 92 patients were successfully by once catheter in this group, and 4 patients were successfully by second catheter.There were 94 patients with the distal tip of the catheter into the superior vena cava after the catheter via through X-ray examination,and there were 2 patients with distal end of the catheter in the internal jugular vein,whose catheter was in superior vena after adjusting the head position. There were no drug extravasation and catheter complications. Conclusion PICC catheter in chemotherapy patients with gynecological tumors can better protect blood vessel,reduce pain,no stimulation.Correct and effective catheter care is the key to success of PICC catheter.%目的：了解PICC置管在妇科肿瘤患者化疗中的应用。方法对本院2010年2月～2012年3月收治的96例妇科肿瘤患者进行PICC穿刺置管与护理，保证化疗的完成。结果本组1次置管成功92例，4例患者第二次置管成功。置管后经X线胸透检查显示：有94例患者导管末端置入上腔静脉，另外2例患者导管末端位于颈内静脉，调整其头部位置后到达上腔静脉。无一例发生药物外渗及导管并发症。结论妇科肿瘤患者化疗早期行PICC置管可以更好地保护血管、减少痛苦，安全无刺激，正确有效的导管护理是PICC置管成功的关键。
