目的：探讨脑卒中应激性高血糖对预后的影响。方法选择我院2008年1月～2013年5月100例急性脑卒中应激性高血糖患者的资料，所有患者均采用胰岛素治疗，其中39例患者血糖未达标，记为观察组，其余患者均达标，记为对照组，对两组患者的预后进行评价。结果观察组患者神经功能缺损评分明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者总有效率高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑卒中患者进行血糖控制可明显改善早期神经功能，提高患者治愈率，在治疗过程中应对高血糖进行积极控制。%Objective To investigate the influence of stroke stress hyperglycemia on the outcome. Methods The patients with acute stroke stress hyperglycemia who were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2013 were selected and given insulin treatment, of which 39 patients who did not reach the standard were assigned to the observation group and the rest who reached the standard were assigned to the control group. The prognosis of the two groups was evaluated. Results The observation group had significantly higher neurologic impairment score than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group had higher total response rate than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Controlling the hyperglycemia of stroke patients can obviously improve the patients' early neurological function and improve their cure rate, thus hyperglycemia should be controlled actively during treatment.
