目的：探讨孟鲁司特钠对治疗毛细支气管炎的临床临床疗效。方法将我院毛细支气管炎患儿160例根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各80例，对照组进行静脉滴注地塞米松，及布地奈德混悬液和复方异丙托溴胺溶液雾化治疗等常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠口服治疗。对两组的临床疗效和症状消除时间进行对比研究。结果治疗组不仅其临床总有效率高达92.5%，远远高于对照组70.0%，而且患者气喘、咳嗽、哮鸣音症状消除的时间也远远短于对照组，且存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠能显著提高毛细支气管炎的临床有效率，缩短其治疗时间，加速患儿恢复进程，具有较强的临床推广价值。%Objective To study the clinical effect of montelukast on capillary bronchitis. Methods 160 cases of capillary bronchitis patients who were admitted into our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with some conventional treatment such as treating with intravenous drip,dexamethasone and budesonide suspension liquid bromine and compound isopropyl amine solution atomization by subcutaneous.Based on the treatment of control group,treatment group treated with montelukast by oral.Analysis and comparison of the clinical efficacy and the time of symptoms eliminated of these two drugs. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%,significantly better than the rate of control group,and the symptoms'elimination time such as asthma,coughing,wheezing sound are much shorter than the control group,and there is significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukasthas could significantly enhance the clinical effectiveness of capillary bronchitis,shorten the treatment time, accelerate the patients recovery processes,had a strong clinical popularization value.
