小剂量激素替代疗法对子宫和卵巢的影响分析

摘要

目的：探讨小剂量激素替代疗法对子宫和卵巢的影响。方法绝经后妇女100例，分为观察组与对照组。对照组给予大剂量激素治疗，观察组给予小剂量激素替代疗法治疗。结果治疗后，观察组E2含量明显升高，FSH明显下降（P＜0.05），同时与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组子宫和卵巢体积治疗半年时都有明显上升（P＜0.05），同时组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论小剂量激素替代疗法应用于绝经后妇女能有效改善性激素水平，并延缓子宫卵巢的萎缩进程。%Objective To investigate the impacts of Low-dose hormone replacement therapy on the uterus and ovaries. Methods 100 cases of postmenopausal women were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were given large doses of hormone therapy,the observation group were given small doses of hormone replacement therapy. Results After treatment,E2 of the observation group increased,FSH decreased (P < 0.05),compared with the control group,significant difference (P < 0.05).The treatment for six months,uterine and ovarian volume of two groups had significantly increased (P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups,significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose hormone replacement therapy in postmenopausal women can effectively improve the levels of sex hormones,defer uterus and ovarian atrophy process.
