急性重度有机磷农药中毒96例抢救体会

摘要

Objective To analyze the emergency treatment provided to acute organophorus pesticide poisoning. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatments to 96 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, including gastrolavage, catharsis, pharmacotherapy, diuresis, hemoperfusion, and trachea cannula. Results Of the 96 patients, 82 of them survived and 14 died, with a survival rate of 85.4%. Conclusion The patients with pesticide poisoning suffer from severe symphoms, and a high mortality rate. It is essential to provide the timely efficient treatment.%目的：探讨急性重度有机磷农药中毒的急救手段。方法通过对96例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的洗胃导泻、药物治疗、利尿、血液灌流及气管插管机械通气等救治方法进行回顾性分析。结果在96例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者有82例抢救成功，累积死亡14例，抢救成功率85.4℅。结论急性重度有机磷农药中毒来势凶猛，发展迅速，病死率高，救治难度大，及时有效地抢救措施是挽救患者生命的关键。
