不同产家鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效与经济比较

摘要

Objective To compare the curative effect and economy of domestic and imported salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 60 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were given imported salmon calcitonin injection treatment,while the observation group were given domestic salmon calcitonin injection treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical effect and the bone density of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis between the two groups(P>0.05).The price of domestic salmon calcitonin injection was lower than that of the import of salmon calcitonin injection. Conclusion Domestic salmon calcitonin injection combined with caltrate with vitamin D300 chewing tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients curative effect is reliable,and economical and practical.%目的比较国产与进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效与经济。方法60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者，分成观察组与对照组。对照组采用进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗；观察组采用国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗。结果两组疗效及绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液价格低于进口鲑鱼降钙素注射液。结论国产鲑鱼降钙素注射液联合钙尔奇D300咀嚼片治疗绝经后骨质疏松症患者疗效可靠，而且经济实惠。
