目的 观察鲑鱼降钙素和凯思立D治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效.方法 将128例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各64例,对照组口服凯思立D,1片/d；治疗组则在此基础上加用鲑鱼降钙素肌肉注射,50IU/次,1次/周,两组疗程均为6个月.治疗结束后,比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.2％,明显高于对照组53.1％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组的骨密度较治疗前明显提高(P＜0.05),而对照组的骨密度则无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.5).结论 鲑鱼降钙素联合凯思立D治疗绝经后骨质疏松症疗效好,可明显改善症状,增加骨密度.%Objective To evaluate the effect of salmon calcitonin on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients. Methods 128 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 64) and the control group (n = 64). The cases in control group were given orally Kaisili D, 1 slice per day. On this basis,the treatment group were intramuscularly injected salmon calcitonin 50IU once a week for 6 months continuously. Results The total efficacy was 92. 2% in treatment group higher than that of control group. Bone mineral density (BMD) in treatment group increased significantly after treatments(P<0. 05). However, BMD had no obvious changes in control group. The difference was significant statistically(P>0. 05). Conclusion Salmon calcitonin combined with Kaisili D in treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis has a good effect, can obviously improve symptoms and increase the bone density.
