MR扫描参数的变化对图像质量及诊断的影响

             

摘要

目的观察MR扫描参数的变化对图像质量及诊断的影响并总结扫描方法。方法对我院放射科2010年1月~2012年1月来检查MR的30例患者的影像资料进行整理分析,并探讨扫描参数的变化对图像质量及诊断的优缺点。结果第1组:FSE-XL T2WI,TR分别为3175 ms、扫描层数16,层厚3 mm时成像时间最短。同时FSE-XL T1WI序列在TR 600 m,时图像的SNR明显高于TR 700 ms的SNR,采用以上参数扫描各序列成像时间最短,图像质量最高。第2组:FSE-XL T2WI,TR 3000~5000 ms,TE 80~120 ms,ETL 12~28;FSE-XL T1WI,TR 300~800 ms,扫描层数18层,层厚5 mm。同时FSE-XL TlWI序列在TR 500 ms,时图像的SNR明显高于TR 600 ms的SNR,采用以上参数扫描各序列成像时间最短,图像质量最高。结论 MR成像中,通过优化参数可节约扫描时间,提高图像质量,有利于指导临床医生做出正确的诊断治疗。%Objective To observe the changes of MR scan parameters on image quality and diagnosis and summarize the influence of scanning method. Methods Tidied up and analysed the image data of MR of 30 patients in radiology department in our hospital fromJanuary 2010 to January 2012,then explored the advantages and disadvantages of scanning parameters change on image quality and diagnosis. Results The first group:the imaging was in the shortest time when FSE-XL T2WI,TR were 3 175 ms respectively,scanning layer number 16,3 mm thick,at the same time,when the sequence of FSE-XL T1WI was in TR 600 m,the SNR of image was obviously higher than that of TR700 ms SNR;Usied the above parameters scanning sequence,the imaging in the shortest time,and the image quality is the highest.The second group:FSE-XL T2WI,TR 3000-5000 ms,TE 80-120 ms,ETL 12-28;FSE-XL T1 WI,TR 300-800 ms,scanning layer number 18, 5mm thick;at the same time,when the sequence of FSE-XL T1WI was in TR 500ms,the SNR of image was obviously higher than that of TR 600 ms SNR; Usied the above parameters scanning sequence,the imaging in the shortest time,and the image quality is the highest.The second group. Conclusion On the MR imaging, it can save scanning time and improve the quality of image by optimizing the parameters,and it can guide clinicians to make correct diagnosis meanwhile.
