连州市人民医院儿科门诊抗菌药物应用分析

摘要

Objective To analyze statistically outpatient prescriptions for understanding basic drugs use in pediatric outpatient department of lianzhou people's hospital,especially the use of antibacterial drugs. Methods The variety, number, drug utilization and its reasonableness of antibacterial drugs in 4172 pediatric outpatient prescriptions on the 5th,15th and 25th of each month from January 2012 to December were analyzed statistically and the statistical results were recorded detailedly. Results In 4172 pediatric outpatient prescriptions,the prescriptions having antibacterial drugs were 315,and which accounted for 7.55% of total prescriptions.The first 5 places of drugs using frequency were cefprozil,azithromycin,clindamycin,ceftazidime and penicillin. No the combined-drug prescriptions occurred. Drug utilization index was 1.0 that was more than or equal to DUI,and the drugs use was reasonable basically. Conclusion The drugs use is reasonable basically, but the inadequacies still exists, so there is an urgent need to strengthen the learning of"clinical use guiding principles of antibacterial drugs"and play the best utility of anti-infective drugs.%目的对门诊处方进行分类统计分析，以了解连州市人民医院儿科门诊用药的基本情况，特别是抗菌药物的使用情况。方法选用2012年1～12月期间，每月5号、15号以及25号儿科门诊处方4172张，对处方中使用抗菌药物的品种、数量、药物利用及其合理性进行统计分析，并且详细记录下统计结果。结果4172张儿科门诊处方中含抗菌药物的处方315张，占总处方7.55％。用药频率前5位的依次是头孢丙烯、阿奇霉素、克林霉素、头孢他定以及青霉素，无联合用药处方。药物利用指数1.0≥DUI，用药情况基本合理。结论用药情况基本合理，但不足之处仍然存在，因此迫切需要加强学习《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》，发挥抗感染药物的最佳效用。
