应用紫杉醇化疗时过敏反应的预防及护理

摘要

Because of the prominent effection of paclitaxel,it has become the common medications in chemotherapy. But paclitaxel has the strong anaphylaxis in the meanwhile and give the patiens some pain. This thesis aimes to study the ingredient and the feature of paclitaxel,from the preparation,dosage,usage and the supervison to come up with the nursing methods in order to control the allergic reaction,help to relieve the patients' pain.%紫杉醇因其疗效显著，成为化疗常用药，但过敏反应较强烈，给患者带来巨大的身心痛苦。本研究旨在对紫杉醇成分，过敏反应机制及特点进行研究，从化疗前的准备、配药、使用以及监测四个方面提出针对性的预防及护理方法，抑制过敏反应，减轻患者痛苦。
