目的：对接受化学治疗的癌症患者出现的消化系统反应进行分析，并讨论相关饮食护理对策。方法对我院收治的接受化疗的癌症患者消化系统症状进行回顾分析，并采取相应有效的饮食护理对策。结果经护理干预后，患者的消化道症状发生率明显降低，生活质量明显改善（59.92±6.57）vs（37.95±7.50），护理满意度明显升高（91.67%vs 69.44%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于接受化学治疗的患者应该针对其临床症状给予相应的膳食营养护理，以减轻患者的不良反应，增强患者自身免疫能力，改善癌症患者预后。%Objective To analyze digestive symptoms of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and discuss related strategy of diet nursing. Methods Digestive symptoms of cancer patients who were admitted to our hospital and received chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively, and related effective strategy of diet nursing was adopted. Results With the nursing intervention, the incidence of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients significantly reduced, their life quality significantly improved(59.92±6.57) vs(37.95±7.50), and their satisfaction towards nursing also significantly improved(91.67% vs. 69.44%), which showed statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing chemotherapy, related diet nursing should be given according to their clinical symptoms, so as to alleviate patients' adverse events, improve their immunity and thus ensure a better prognosis.
