妇科再造胶囊联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨妇科再造胶囊联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕的临床疗效。方法将60例黄体功能不全性不孕患者按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予黄体酮口服，观察组在对照组的基础上给予妇科再造胶囊口服，治疗3个月经周期后，观察两组的临床症状，血清E2、P值，子宫内膜厚度和临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的血清中E2水平、血清P水平以及子宫内膜厚度和治疗前相比，均有明显升高，两组患者的临床症状亦比治疗前明显减轻，而且观察组患者血清中的E2水平、血清P水平和子宫内膜厚度与对照组患者的相比，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.7%和76.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。所有患者治疗后随访1年，观察组的怀孕率为50.0%，对照组的怀孕率为23.3%，观察组的怀孕率与对照组相比其明显升高（P＜0.05）。结论妇科再造胶囊结合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全性不孕临床疗效显著，受孕率高，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of gynecological reconstruction capsule combined with progesterone in the treatment of luteal phase defect infertility. Methods Sixty patients with luteal phase defect infertility were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the treatment method. The control group was given oral progesterone, on the basis of which the observation group was given additional oral gynecological reconstruction capsule. After three menstrual cycles of treatment, the clinical symptoms, serum E2 and P values, endometrial thickness and clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the serum E2 levels, serum P levels and endometrial thickness of the two groups increased significantly compared to those before treatment, and the clinical symptoms of both groups also relieved significantly compared to those before treatment. And the observation group was significantly different from the control group in the serum E2 level, serum P level and endometrial thickness(P<0.05). The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.7%and 76.7%respectively, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). All the patients received 1-year follow-up visits, which found that the pregnant rate of the observation group was 46.7%and that of the control group was 23.3%;The observation group had significantly higher pregnant rate than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Gynecological reconstruction capsule combined with progesterone has remarkable clinical efficacy and high pregnant rate in the treatment of luteal phase defect infertility, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
