Objective To observe and compare the curative effects of laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected as subjects in the clinical study. All patients were randomly assigned into control group and experimental group, with 40 in each group. The control group received laparotomy clinically, while the experimental group received laparoscopic surgery clinically. The conditions during and after the surgery between the two groups were then observed and compared. Results According to the results of the clinical study, surgery time, bleeding during surgery, time of passage of gas after surgery, length of stay, and exercise time in experimental group were all better than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion According to the findings of the study, laparoscopic surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy is effective, minimally invasive and fast in recovery, which is worthy of promotion and widespread application.%目的：对腹腔镜与剖腹手术在异位妊娠上的治疗效果进行观察和比较。方法此次临床研究主要以我院2012年1月~2013年1月份收治的80例异位妊娠患者为研究对象。采用随机分配的原则，将所有患者分成对照组和实验组，每个组各40例。对照组患者在临床上主要采用剖腹手术进行治疗，实验组患者在临床上主要采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗。对两组患者的术中情况以及术后情况进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示，实验组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间、下床活动时间均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经临床研究结果表明，对异位妊娠患者实施腹腔镜手术治疗，效果显著，具有微创性以及恢复快等特点，值得推广和普及。
