关节镜结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic limited cleaning combined with sodium hyaluronate for knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods The clinical data of 137 patients with KOA that undergoing arthroscopic limited cleaning combined with sodium hyaluronate injection were analyzed.The postoperative visual analog scale(VAS) score and Lysholm score were compaired with preoperative scores,which act as control. The recovery rate was also calculated after clinical follow-up. Results The VAS score decreased from (4.21±1.39) to (2.45±0.96) after treatment(t=9.328,P < 0.01). About 78.10% of the patients' Lysholm scores were belong to bad group before treatment,but only 4.38% still in bad group after treatment.The recovery rate was 64.96%(89/137). Conclusion Arthroscopic limited cleaning combined with sodium hyaluronate can treat KOA effectively.%目的：观察关节镜微创清理术结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）的临床效果。方法选取137例KOA患者为研究对象，随访观察实施关节镜微创清理术并玻璃酸钠注射治疗后的治疗效果；以患者治疗前病情作为自身对照，对比分析患者治疗前后模拟标尺法（VAS）疼痛程度评分和Lysholm功能评分，计算治愈率。结果实施关节镜清理术结合玻璃酸钠治疗后，患者的VAS评分由治疗前的（4.21±1.39）分降至治疗后的（2.45±0.96）分（t=9.328，P＜0.01）；治疗前Lysholm功能评分以差为主（78.10%），而治疗后则以良（62.77%）和中（30.66%）为主（x2=193.202，P＜0.01）；术后症状完全控制者共89例，痊愈率达64.96%（89/137）。结论对KOA患者实施关节镜微创清理术结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗可降低患者自觉疼痛感，有效改善关节功能。
