术前心理护理干预对硬膜外麻醉患者术中应激状态和麻醉效果影响的评价

摘要

Objective To study the effect of preoperative psychological nursing intervention on stress state and anesthesia effect of patients received lumbar epidural anesthesia. Methods Patients received lumbar epidural anesthesia in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group given preoperative psychological nursing intervention and control group given routine preoperative nursing.Then intraoperative stress index and anesthesia effect index were observed. Results (1)SAS, SDS, HAMA, HAMD score of observation group were lower than control group;(2)10,15,20,25min after anesthesia,NRS pain score of observation group were lower than control group. Conclusion Preoperative psychological nursing intervention has positive clinical value for it can relieve psychological stress and improve analgesic effect of anesthesia.%目的：研究术前心理护理干预对硬膜外麻醉患者术中应激状态和麻醉效果的影响。方法将2011年1月～2012年12月期间在我卫生院接受硬膜外麻醉手术的患者纳入研究，随机分为给予术前心理护理的观察组和仅给予术前常规护理的对照组，观察术中的应激状态指标及疼痛程度。结果（1）观察组患者术中的SAS、SDS、HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组；（2）麻醉后10、15、20、25min时，观察组患者的NRS疼痛评分低于对照组。结论术前心理护理干预有助于缓解术中应激状态、改善麻醉的镇痛效果，具有积极的应用价值。
