精神科专科护士核心能力评价构建模式

     

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of construction model of psychiatric nurses in Jilin province through the four aspects of core competence component of professional nurse,namely the ability of providing directly clinical nursing,leadership and decision-making ability,education and guidance ability,research ability. Methods Using the four core competences of professional nurse as a framework,guiding the training courses of professional nurse and developing the clinical practice ability index of professional nurse,the core competence of 33 nurses in the Jilin province training class of 2012 year and 2013 year were evaluated. Results The scores of psychiatric core competence of 33 professional nurses after the training were significantly higher than those before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The training model of psychiatric nurses in Jilin province can meet the need of mental health development,effectively improve the professional core competence of psychiatric nurses.%目的:通过专科护士核心能力组成部分的4个方面:直接提供临床护理的能力,领导与决策能力,教育与指导能力,科研能力评价吉林省精神科专科护士构建模式效果。方法运用专科护士4项核心能力作为一个架构,指导专科护士培训课程设置以及发展专科护士临床实务能力指标,对2012、2013年度吉林省培训班33名护士核心能力进行评价。结果33名专科护士培训后评定精神科专业核心能力得分显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉林省精神科专科护士培养模式适应精神卫生事业发展需要,可有效提高精神科护士的专业核心能力。
