药物咨询服务的开展及其应用分析

         

摘要

目的:探讨我院药物咨询服务的开展情况及其效果。方法选择2013年10月~2014年10月我院门诊药房药物咨询记录512份,按照咨询对象的基本情况、药物咨询方式、咨询药物种类和药物咨询的内容进行相关统计。结果女性咨询比例较高,达到61.9%;咨询对象主要集中在60岁以上患者,占39.8%。咨询对象的药物咨询方式有三种:网络咨询、窗口咨询和电话咨询,其中,窗口咨询的比例为85.0%,其次为电话咨询11.7%,网络咨询3.3%。患者咨询的主要药物种类为心脑血管类药物(22.1%)、抗菌药物(18.2%)、消化系统药物(16.8%)、解热镇痛药物(10.5%)。药物咨询的内容主要是药物基本信息(25.6%)、药物用法用量(24.4%)、药物不良反应(14.1%)、药物使用的注意事项(11.3%)。结论我院药物咨询服务的开展情况良好,就诊患者对药物咨询服务需求量大。%ObjectiveTo investigate development and application effect of the drug consultation service in my hospital.MethodsDrug consultation records 512 of outpatient pharmacy were selected from 2013 October to 2014 October. These records were analyzed, according to the basic situation of consulting object, drug consultation, consultation drugs and drug counseling content. Results The proportion of women consulting was higher (61.9%). Most consulting patients were over 60 years old (39.8%). There were three kinds of drug consultation: network consulting (3.3%), the Advisory window (85.0%) and telephone consultation (11.7%). The main types of consulting drugs were cardiovascular drug (22.1%), antibiotics (18.2%), the digestive system drugs (16.8%), antipyretic and analgesic drug (10.5%). The main contents of drug consultation were drug basic information (25.6%), drug usage (24.4%), drug adverse reactions (14.1%), and matters needing attention (11.3%).ConclusionDevelopment situation of drug consultation service in our hospital is good, and patients demanding for drugs advisory service quantity is large.
